Consent to receive SMS/text messages is obtained when a consumer provides their phone number during the appointment booking process with a participating business. By providing a phone number at the time of booking, the consumer consents to receive appointment-related SMS/text message reminders from that business. FreshReturn sends SMS/text messages related to past or upcoming appointments. Messages include appointment reminders, rebooking nudges based on visit history, and may include promotional offers such as discounts from the participating business. FreshReturn does not use purchased, rented, or third-party phone number lists. All phone numbers are provided directly by the business that collected them from its own customers during the normal course of business.

    Message frequency is not fixed and varies based on each consumer's appointment history. A reminder is sent only when the system determines that a consumer is due for a return visit, based on their historical booking pattern. Consumers will typically receive no more than one message per reminder cycle. There is no recurring daily or weekly messaging schedule. Messages are triggered only when a reminder condition is met, and reminders stop automatically when a consumer books a new appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

    3. Opt-Out Instructions

    You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying to any message with one of the following keywords: • STOP • UNSUBSCRIBE • CANCEL • END • QUIT Once an opt-out keyword is received, message delivery to that phone number will cease immediately. No further messages will be sent unless the consumer re-consents through the booking process. Opt-out applies globally across all businesses using the FreshReturn platform. If a phone number opts out, it will not receive reminders from any FreshReturn-powered business.
