FreshReturn automatically stops sending reminders when a client rebooks, preventing unwanted messages. Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.     6. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
